Conditions of Entry

Registration

To register for the SEGRO IAS Cycle Challenge, please ensure you read the medical declaration and these conditions of entry and complete the online registration form.

To guarantee your cycling jersey and participation in the team relay, final registration and payment is to be received by 29th April 2022.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to the ride. If payment is not received prior to the ride, participation will not be allowed.

The only accepted payment method is bank transfer. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Insurance

You are responsible for your own bike, personal possessions and personal accident insurance. The organising committee and charitable organisations cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred.

Safety

This event is not a race and the highway code must be obeyed at all times. We strongly recommend that you wear a helmet whilst cycling. Failure to do so may result in injury. The organising committee and charitable organisations cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries you may sustain.

Disclaimer

The organising committee, the charities or its employees or agents cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal effects, accident, injury or death however so arising.
